IT Business Analysis - by Ashish

Ready for a mechanical clone of yourself ?

Researchers move ever closer to making mechanical versions of us.Yeah its true.Look at the pictuire below

Which one's the android? Osaka University's Android Repliee Q2 is on the left, facing graduate student Motoko Noma at a Tokyo exhibition earlier this year. The robot is capable of carrying on a conversation

I got this news from BBC.Amazing the question is how much its going to affect IT.?

With the advancement of robotics and AI its becoming an issue. If this clone has enogh smart Ai and selfconsuisness....we are looking forward to a place where you have to give rights to these robots.

Now now but may be in coming 50 yrs.I dont think it makes sense to make robots who can work like humans and even look lke human. If they start making a point will come where they will be the most powerful in IT coz they dont suffer the drawback of getting tired as humans.I have one post written on this topic "can robots get social rights?".

So what do you think ? Are you ready ?

This reminds me of "Chobits" anime, where all perso-com (personal computer) is human formed and people just start to be so attached with their perso-com they have started to forget that parterning is between humans.

It is a simple story but it can be a harsh fact that what can happen in future.
