IT Business Analysis - by Ashish

Technologies that will change IT - Part 1

What will be IT in 2011? Ever dreamed of Cars getting parked vertically, Nano Processors, Robots making morning coffee. Its not a dream now. The advent of technology is embrasing an embark. After reading around news and magazines, though it was tough,10 techs caught my eyes. Lets pick one by one and see what they have to give IT in future.

I have divided into 3 posts taking into account the ease of reading. It would be really boring to read about 10 tech at one shot. So just read and enjoy and see what IT has to give to you.

1.Multi-Core Processors
Multi Core Processor

Intel coming up with Quad and AMD's launch of AMD’s Quad FX Platform has changed they way of computing ".If you cant go higher go broader" has become the slogan of chip processors.
As the need of software’s, Multiple memory eater programs running all at once, need of quad kind of design is heaven. Microsoft's Vista's complete usability and performance can be achieved only if you have this kind of design.

2.Mobile Technologies

Mobile not only outpace landlines it has done the same with desktop computers. Bill gates dream of placing a desktop on every desk is complete or not but now every mobile have gained computing power.

Multimedia content like RSS, Videos, WWW has given enough power to do everything with phone.
a. DMB(Digital Media Broadcasting).
b. NGNS(Next Generation Network Services).
c. Triple Play.
It wont be a surprise if magazines will be published from be published by a central service and subscribers will be able to read it.

3.T-Engine
This technology has potential to embed into armchair or even sunglasses. The force behind it is Ken Sakamura , one of Japan’s most famous architect.

The promise of T-Engine is to simplify your interaction with all computing devices around you.It also promises ease of data transfer and sharing. So if you like to record a song running on TV into MP3 to your phone you can do that with a pus of a button.

Given the fast evolution of technology, anything can happen! Ranging from electronics to business systems applications and so forth, it will not be surprising to see a couple of development that will definitely catch the attention of most people today. Im kinda gettn lost in the fast evolution myself, especially when it comes to the latest processors, computer packages and cellular phones. A lot of catchin up to do!
